Terms of Service

By commissioning me you're agreeing to following terms. Please, remember that failing to follow these rules will result in temporary or permanent blacklisting you from commissioning me.

❦ Payment must be made upfront within 48 hours after we set on price, if not stated otherwise. I do accept payments in parts, if the commission is too complex/expensive
❦ I accept payment through Boosty (you can connect your PayPal) and through PayPal on rare occasions
❦ Since PayPal is not working in my country, I wouldn't be able to refund you, if you'd like to cancel your commission
❦ I reserve the right to deny your commission without further explanation
❦ The artwork you get is for personal use only. You're not allowed to use it for commercial use, such as selling merchandise. The price of commercial artwork is discussed personally.
❦ The reference image you provide must be clear and preferably unshaded. Having an elaborate ref sheet will lower the chance of me denying the commission.
❦ If the reference you have is from PonyTown, I reserve the right to interpret the pixels and colours. Descriptions are only okay, if your commission is specifically stated to be a custom character design.
❦ I will be sending you WiP at least once to confirm the image you'll get in the end. Changes are free on this stage. Also feel free to ask for WiPs and updates anytime!
❦ Changes you might want after the accepted sketch stage will be charged additionally depending on the fix
❦ Not NFTs or any blockchain related technology is allowed with my art. Just no.
